Potocki Wódka 

Chunks fresh pineapple

Fresh cilantro leaves

Slices jalapeño

Agave nectar

Squeeze of lime


Choose ripe pineapple and the freshest cilantro and jalapeños you can find. The jalapeños provide a fairly mild heat but potent perfume.


Muddle pineapple well, add 2 cilantro leaves and muddle to extract scent. Add Potocki Wódka, lime, agave nectar and one slice of jalapeño. Shake well and double strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with remaining cilantro leaf and slice of jalapeño.

Food pairing

The sweetness of the pineapple makes a nice contrast to the heat of the jalapeño. This cocktail will compliment virtually any cuisine from South of the Border as well as grilled fish and other meat or poultry.
