Inaugurated as a Polish officers’ mess in July 1940 by the late Duke of Kent, just as many brave Polish pilots were defending Britain. It houses today the Polish Club as well as a smart restaurant, fine bar and a wonderful dining terrace facing Princes Gardens (summer only).
